The weather over the northern sector of the country on Wednesday is expected to be cloudy, hot and sunny and stable for the greater part of the day.
The weather forecast released by the Ghana Meteorological Agency in Accra said the southern half of the country will be cloudy.
The afternoon is also expected to have long sunshine intervals, with a few isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the hilly areas of the Ashanti and Central regions, and more scattered rain in the Volta and Eastern Regions.
The coastal areas will be partly cloudy, sunny and hot, with local thunderstorms occurring in a few hilly places.
Minimum temperature in the coastal areas is expected to be 25 degrees Celsius and maximum of 32 degrees; the middle sector will have a minimum of 21 degrees Celsius and maximum of 33 degrees and the northern sector will have a minimum of 23 degrees Celsius and maximum of 36 degrees Celsius.
