Businessman, Alfred Agbesi Woyome walked out of the Supreme Court face down after the court granted former Attorney General, Martin Amidu's request to orally cross-examine him.
The Supreme Court granted the motion filed by former Attorney General, Martin Amidu requesting that the court allow him to orally examine business man Alfred Agbesi Woyome from whom the state is trying to retrieve monies wrongfully paid to him.
Mr Amidu had earlier told the court that an opportunity to question the business man will unravel how Mr Woyome spent the about 52 million cedis paid him.
This he said, was crucial in ensuring a speedy retrieval of the money.
The court in its ruling read by Justice Anin Yeboah said the amount in contention was colossal and no serious effort had been made to retrieve the money since the Judgment was delivered two years ago.
The plaintiff he added, was not retriveing the money for himself but for the State.
Alfred Agbesi Woyome was ordered to appear for examination on 24th November, 2016.

As3m b3ba dabi. NDC what are you going to do now? How you wish the President has power to disband the Supreme Court? How you wish this was a matter of a prison sentence so you can push or Johnny PRESIDENT into granting a pardon like you did in the Montie 3 saga. Everyday for ***barred word*** man, one day for master. You can ***barred word*** all the people some of the time some of the people all of the time, but you cannot ***barred word*** all the people all of the time. NDC STOP!!! JM TWASO!! GHANA WILL BE GREAT AGAIN!!!
Omane Boamah the 'pocket lawyer' should go with him to the Supreme Court and go and meet Martin Amidu face to face.
Why has he now started paying the money? He is afraid change is coming and his sleeping place is likely going to change if he doesn't make any move. Change will surely come.
