The Minister of Interior Mark Woyongo has hinted of a massive recruitment drive to get more competent lawyers into the Police Service as a way of strengthening its legal department.
According to him, the move will help address the problem of �shoddy prosecutions� which dents the integrity of the service.
Speaking in an interview with Citi News, Mr. Woyongo said the initiative seeks to empower the police service to be efficient in handling cases that are brought before it.
