He appealed to the GIPC to design a specific plan to support people who want to do business in the Upper West, Upper East and Northern regions.
Dr Nsoh said it would help bridge the development gap between the northern and southern parts of the country, and also prevent rural-urban migration among the youth in the three regions.
He announced that the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council is planning to develop a website on potentials in the region and urged enterprises to advertise on it at a moderate fee, when it becomes functional.
