An intensified public private partnership has been identified as a means to ending the energy and water crisis in the country.
Public and private stakeholders in the water and energy sectors must therefore come to a consensus on how to first solve the current crises and their subsequent management.
A Lecturer in charge of PHD programmes at the Ethiopian Civic Service University, Professor Wisdom Gagakuma, said public private partnership has a lot of prospects which will ensure the development of the country especially in the water and energy sectors.
He was speaking at the yearly lecture organised by the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants, Ghana in Accra.
