The University Students Association of Ghana(USAG) bring to the attention of the entire university community in Ghana and the public that the President of USAG, Dr. Christian Ntsiful Anderson, is alleged to have been involved in financial improprieties, including the unlawful collection of funds, unauthorized disbursement of the funds, hoarding of association funds and absconding with these funds.
USAG has alleged that the President unlawfully instructed his sister (a relative who is not an executive) to collect dues and capitation paid by member institutions at congress grounds.
"This is a breach of ARTICLE 33, clause 2(a). The flippant disregard for the USAG constitution by the president is extremely alarming," a press statement issued by the Association said.
"Furthermore, the President, Dr. Christian Ntsiful Anderson has not been forthcoming with the entire executive body concerning the finances of the entire administration and the just ended congress in any official meeting whatsoever. Efforts to reach the president has proven futile as he has deliberately refused to respond to calls. He has eluded meeting with the entire executive body since after congress ended," it added.

What kind of country is this? And these are the people who in a few years time will want to hold political office! He has started stealing as a student! He can't be trusted with even the least of things as students dues yet he would one day seek to manage the resources of this country! Ghanaians, we need to stop, reflect and change direction as to who with entrust with leadership positions! Character, above everything else must come first, not cash or looks! We are creating a very dangerous and materialistic society where everybody is trying to take advantage of everybody else. No concern whatsoever for the common good! We don't question wealth and its source but blindly worship those who have it so we can also benefit! We need to change our attitude because with this attitude it is easier to destroy a country than using an atomic bomb! This boy must be jailed. He is just a reflection of the government which has heralded this unprecedented economic hardship: appropriate public resources for the benefit of only self, family and cronies! What business does your sister have with students' dues? I am just sick to my stomach! We have totally and completely lost our morals and values! The biggest tief is praised to the skies and described as smart whilst the honest are ridiculed as weak and dumb!
