A doctor has been dubbed a "medical terrorist" after he was allegedly caught poisoning medicine. Chilling footage shows Raynaldo Rivera Ortiz Jr, 59, from Texas, appearing to inject poison into the IV bags of patients.
The anaesthesiologist is seen coming from a room at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare in North Dallas, US, holding an IV bag.
He is seen walking down the corridor towards a fridge used for warming saline solution.
Raynaldo passes the fridge but then decides to deposit an IV bag inside instead. He closed the door and looked around to see if anyone was watching before exiting the room.
