Everton's Steven Naismith proved once again he is the man for the big occasion by scoring a priceless equaliser that lifted Roberto Martinez's spirits and left Manchester City trailing Chelsea once again in the title race.
Naismith beat England goalkeeper and City's stand-in captain Joe Hart to a 78th-minute Leighton Baines free-kick to give Everton a deserved share of spoils in torrential rain and high winds at Goodison Park.
And it completed a clean sweep of goals for the 28-year-old Scot against the Premier League's so-called Big Four having already struck against Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United this season.
