The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has revised upwards the prices of petroleum products with effect from Sunday December 1, 2013.
The price of petrol has been increased by over 3 percent. It sells at 219.00 pesewas per litre.
Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) saw the highest increase of over 11 percent and Kerosene is also gone up by 10.99 percent.
The current ex-pump price for Gas oil is 222 pesewas a litre, the new price will now be 226 pesewas per litre.
Premix fuel however, saw no change in price. It will still sell at 116.00 pesewas a litre.
