Following Inter's 0-0 draw with Sampdoria, the Nerazzurri were handed a number of suspensions that included a three-match ban for coach Jose Mourinho, as well as two-match suspensions for midfielders Sulley Muntari and Esteban Cambiasso.
The club immediately appealed the bans, but the Federal Court of Justice ruled on Friday that only the suspension of the Ghana player will be reduced and he will now only miss this weekend's match with Udinese.
Meanwhile, Mourinho will continue to serve his three-match touchline ban and Cambiasso will miss the match at the Stadio Friuli as well as the clash with Genoa.
This weekend, the Nerazzurri must also do without central defender Ivan Cordoba and Walter Samuel, who both picked up red cards against the Blucerchiati.
