Chairman of National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Mrs. Charlotte Kesson-Smith Osei has resigned from her office.
President John Dramani Mahama, in accordance with Article 70(2) of the 1992 Constitution, appointed Mrs. Charlotte Osei as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana.
Peacefmonline.com can confirm that Mrs. Charlotte Osei has tendered in her resignation letter to take up her new appointment.
Host of Peace FM's "Kokrokoo" programme, Kwami Sefa Kayi announced that the newly-elected EC Boss will no more hold her position as Chairman of NCCE.
