Twifo Darmang Police has arrested a 37 year old farmer for allegedly having sex with his three step daughters and attempting to abort a pregnancy.
Abraham Tetteh, a farmer at Mbaa Mpe Hia Number 2, a surburb of Twifo Darmang near Twifo Praso in the Central Region is said to have had multiple sexual intercourses with his three step daughters aged 16, 20 and 18 in their house and the bush.
Tetteh was said to have impregnated the 16 year old step daughter and had given her a drug to abort the pregnancy.
Elders of the village summoned Tetteh to the Twifo Darmang Palace for interrogation, following the incident, and he admitted to the offence.
Public Relations Officer of the Central Regional Police Command, DSP Irene Oppong confirmed an arrest of the father of three stating he is under investigation over charges of abortion, seduction, incest and defilement.
She noted that the suspect has been detained and the victims have been issued with Police medical report.
